Very neat room. Very clean.

The customer service didn't fit the hotels looks. The workers at the front desk weren't really polite. This happen oct. 23 2011 very rude. That's was my first impreson. Lack of communication.8

It had been the worst thing in of the holiday. The bed was dirty and we couldn't sleep because of noise. They also charged the price of the room twice on our credit card!

Really enjoyed Lancaster, the hotel was incredibly friendly to eateries. We were in a good location short walk to Lancaster, the Indian restaurant, and mini golf, museum, Amish farms, great shopping and food. Popped in Tobias s Frogg for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
